POSTAGE & DELIVERY TERMS

Equine-Direct offer a FREE UK postage service.

Postage arrangements can be made for overseas delivery's. Contact:  sales@equine-direct.co.uk for details, please quote product ID number and your delivery location. UK Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days of receiving payment.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices quoted both include & exclude VAT at current UK rate. All goods remain the property of equine-direct until paid for in full.

By purchasing a product you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

ON-LINE STORE REFUNDS

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition along with full packaging and within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.

Equine-Direct offer a 7day no fuss refund policy. The goods must be in original condition & returned with full packaging.

Credit card refunds will be made through paypal on the day we receive the goods back and providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, you will have to pay the postage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part where we will also refund the carriage costs
